Driving Directions to Some Quilt Shows
Auburn, Gold Country Fairgrounds
From Sacramento, take I-80 to Auburn. Exit at Maple St, turn R to onto Auburn-Folsom Road. Turn L onto Fairgrounds Road, which leads into the parking lot and the show entry.
Centre Concord
The Centre is located at 5298 Clayton Rd (about 1/4 mile north of Ygnacio Valley Rd) next to the Clayton Valley Bowl. From Hwy 80, past Benicia/ Martinez, take the Concord Ave/Contra Costa Blvd exit. Go left onto Contra Costa Blvd. Then left at the next light onto Concord Ave. Follow Concord Ave east to downtown Concord. Go left on Clayton Rd (by BofA building) for 3 blocks and stay to right to stay on Clayton Rd. Stay on Clayton Rd to Balhan (two blocks past K-Mart); turn right on Balhan. Center is on left.
Elk Grove SES Portugese Hall
Take Hwy 99 to Grant Line Road, east of the freeway turn L on Stockton Blvd. 10427 Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove.
Fairfield Senior Center
From I-80W, take the Travis Blvd exit and go east over the freeway onto Travis Blvd. Turn right onto Pensylvania Avenue , then left onto Civic Center Drive. End at the Senior Center, 1200 Civic Center Drive .
Folsom Community Center
Take Hwy 50 East to Folsom Blvd; turn left on Folsom Blvd. Turn Right on Natoma Street to the Community Center at 52 Natoma Street, next to the Folsom Community Park.
OR - Take I-80 to Madison Avenue, turn east on Madison Avenue to the City of Folsom. Turn left on Natoma Street to the Community Center.
Bus and additional parking are located at the rodeo grounds east of the community center off Stafford Drive.
Georgetown Park
It's a beautiful country drive to Georgetown, located on Highway 193 between Highway 50 and Highway 80.
From Sacramento, take Highway 50 east to Placerville. Turn left at Spring Street exit. Spring Street turns left onto Coloma Street. Take Coloma Street to Highway 49 and turn right on Highway 193 (Georgetown Road). Follow 193 into the American River Canyon, up the other side, to Georgetown. In Georgetown, turn right on Main Street. Go through Georgetown on Main Street, and turn right onto Harkness Street. The show is in Georgetown Park at the intersection of Harkness and South Streets, within easy walking distance of Main Street.
OR - take Highway 80 east to Elm Street exit in Auburn. Turn left on Elm Street, and left on High Street. High Street becomes Highway 49 south into the American River Canyon. At Cool, turn left onto Highway 193 (Georgetown Road) and travel 12 miles to Georgetown. In Georgetown, turn left on Main Street. Go through Georgetown on Main Street, and turn right onto Harkness Street. The show is in Georgetown Park at the intersection of Harkness and South Streets, within easy walking distance of Main Street.
Lake County Fair Grounds, Lakeport
From Highway 29, take the Lakeport Blvd exit. Turn left on S. Main Street to the Fairgrounds, which are on the left.
Manteca MRPS Hall
South on Hwy 99; west on Yosemite; R on Grant. 133 North Grant, Manteca
Marin Center Exhibit Hall, Avenue of the Flags, San Rafael
From the North: Travel to Highway 101 and travel southbound. Take the Freitas Parkway exit. Turn left at the stop light at the end of the freeway offramp. Travel over the freeway on the overpass. Immediately after the overpass, turn left. Watch for cross traffic. Turn right immediately onto Civic Center Drive. Avenue of the Flags will be a street on your left after a slight down-slope. Find the nearest parking space in one of the many parking lots adjacent to all facilities.
From the South: Travel to Highway 101 and head northbound. Take the North San Pedro exit. Take the first right on the freeway offramp (this can be tricky because it is immediately after the freeway exit). It will be labeled East. Turn left at the first stop light onto Civic Center Drive. Follow Civic Center Drive past the lagoon. Avenue of the Flags will be the second right. Find the nearest parking space in one of the many parking lots adjacent to all facilities.

Napa, Justin Siena High School
From Hwy 29, go west on Trower Ave. School is at 4026 Maher St, Napa.
Nevada County Fairgrounds
Take Highway 49 toward Grass Valley. Turn west on Hwy 20, take McCourtney Road. The fairgrounds are on McCourtney Road.
Oakdale, Gene Bianchi Community Center
South on Hwy 99; before Modesto, go east on 120 to Oakdale.Turn right on 108 about a block to 110 S. Second Avenue.
Oakland Convention Center
550 Tenth St at Broadway. From I-80 Southbound, take I-80 esast; then take I-980 towards Oakland, and take the Downtown Oakland 11th St Exit. Tun left on 11th St to the Convention Center.
Paradise Intermediate School
From Highway 99 N, take the Skyway exit to Paradise, drive approx. 9 miles. Turn right at second traffic signal in Paradise (Pearson Road), pass through one traffic signal. At stop sign, turn R on Recreation Dr. to the school, which is on the left, at 5657 Recreation Dr.
From Hwy 70, take Hwy 191 (Clark Road) to Paradise. Drive approx. 9 miles to first traffic signal in Paradise ( Pearson Rd), turn left. At stop sign, turn L on Recreation Dr. to the school, which is on the left at 5657 Recreation Dr.
Placerville, El Dorado County Fairgrounds
From Sacramento, take Highway 50 east to Placerville. Take the Placerville Drive/Forni Road offramp, and keep to the right following the signs to the El Dorado County Fairgrounds. Cross over the freeway. The Fairgrounds are on the right (Placerville Drive). Turn right after the Fairgrounds main entrance just before the Shell Service Station. The Quilt Show is in the Main Exhibit Hall. Public parking is available at the Raley Shopping Center and at the Fairgrounds.
Red Bluff, Tehama District Fairgrounds
From I-5, take the Hwy 36/Antelope Exit (east). Continue East on Antelope to the Tehama District Fairgrounds, which are located on the left.
Roseville, Maidu Community Center
From I-80, take the Douglas Blvd East exit, turn R on Rocky Ridge, L into Maidu Community Center, L at T. The Community Center is on the left.
Sacramento, Scottish Rite Temple
From Business 80: Take H Street exit and travel east to 6151 H Street.
From Highway 50: Take Howe Avenue exit (North). Tun left on Fair Oaks Blvd. over the bridge to H Street. (stay to the right)
Santa Clara Convention Center
From the East Bay, take route 680 or Route 880 to Route 237 West. Exit at the Great America Parkway. Go south approximately 1 mile to Tasman Drive. Convention Center is on the corner.
Santa Rosa Veterans Memorial Building
West on Hwy 12. Take Fairgrounds exit. Turn left on Brockwood, left on Maple. 1351 Maple Avenue, Santa Rosa.
South Lake Tahoe, Tallac Historic Site
Take Highway 50 toward South Lake Tahoe. At the intersection of Hwy 50 and Hwy 89, take Hwy 89 north and continue for three miles. Turn right at the Forest Service sign that says Valhalla, just past Historic Camp Richardson Resort. Keep right and park in the lot, the Valhalla Grand Hall will be the first large building in front of you.
Stockton Scottish Rite Masonic Center
33 West Alpine Ave, Stockton. From I-5, exit east on March Lane. Proceed 1.7 miles and turn right on Pacific Avenue. Go about 1 mile and turn left on Alpine. Proceed past building. Turn left on Center Street and into parking lot at back of building.
Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds
North on Hwy 99, turn right on Franklin Ave. It's approximately 1.2 miles to the fairgrounds on Wilbur. Parking on the right, quilt show on the left.
